Somatic Therapy
Combines modalities of light touch, somatic counselling and family constellations
Each session is unique, and works to the pace and preferences of each individual.
Sessions involve a tailored combination of the following four modalities:
1. NeuroAffective Touch
Is an approach informed by the Polyvagal theory. It safely explores the mind-body connection in a nurturing environment. Allowing individuals to deepen their connection to themselves.
2. Somatic Counselling
Involves listening to your body's feedback, which supports healthy nervous system responses and builds resilience. This enables you to navigate challenges more effectively.
3. Craniosacral Therapy
Involves gentle holds that focus on the whole body's expression of health. It observes your body's natural rhythms and encourages tissues to move from contraction to expansion.
4. Family Constellations
Helps you explore how your ancestral family patterns affect you. It raises awareness of your relational loyalties and entanglements while connecting with the 'knowing field’.

Somatic Therapy can help you understand your unconscious patterns and inspire you to embrace new ways of being.
Research indicates that most unconscious patterns are formed during our first seven years of life due to a need for belonging and love. These patterns can be supportive as children but often become restrictive as we grow into adulthood.
Restrictive patterns may manifest in the body through reactive behaviors or physical symptoms such as a stressed nervous system, a tight throat, tense muscles, pressure in the head, a clenched jaw, stiff hips, or leg pain.
When the time is right, and you have the emotional resources, you can expand your awareness of these unconscious patterns.
